About The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead new client acquisition across Singapore and the broader Southeast Asia market. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant commercial autonomy — you will own your pipeline, engage enterprise decision-makers, and drive strategic deals ranging from USD 100K to USD 1M+. The right candidate thrives in a consultative, complex-sales environment and has a strong existing network in the regional tech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a proactive outbound strategy to identify and win new enterprise accounts across Southeast Asia.
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers including C-suite and VP-level stakeholders across target industries.
Take a consultative approach to understand client business challenges and translate them into compelling technology and digital transformation solutions.
Manage the full sales lifecycle — from initial prospecting through to commercial negotiation and contract execution.
Partner with internal delivery and pre-sales teams to develop tailored proposals and ensure alignment between what is sold and what is delivered.
Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.
At least 6 years of demonstrated success selling technology services, including software development outsourcing, IT consulting, or large-scale digital transformation engagements.
Proven ability to originate, develop, and close high-value deals in the USD 100K–1M range.
Strong pipeline management discipline and experience navigating multi-stakeholder, long-cycle sales processes.
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage board-level audiences.
An established professional network within Singapore's enterprise and technology landscape.
Fluent English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Nice-to-Have:
Familiarity with AI solutions, SaaS platforms, ERP systems, or content/digital experience technologies (PIM, DXP, DAM).
