About the Company

The company is a specialized technology consultancy focused on scaling businesses through digital, deep tech, and AI. About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead new client acquisition across Singapore and the broader Southeast Asia market. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant commercial autonomy — you will own your pipeline, engage enterprise decision-makers, and drive strategic deals ranging from USD 100K to USD 1M+. The right candidate thrives in a consultative, complex-sales environment and has a strong existing network in the regional tech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a proactive outbound strategy to identify and win new enterprise accounts across Southeast Asia.

  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers including C-suite and VP-level stakeholders across target industries.

  • Take a consultative approach to understand client business challenges and translate them into compelling technology and digital transformation solutions.

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle — from initial prospecting through to commercial negotiation and contract execution.

  • Partner with internal delivery and pre-sales teams to develop tailored proposals and ensure alignment between what is sold and what is delivered.

  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.

What will you bring
  • At least 6 years of demonstrated success selling technology services, including software development outsourcing, IT consulting, or large-scale digital transformation engagements.

  • Proven ability to originate, develop, and close high-value deals in the USD 100K–1M range.

  • Strong pipeline management discipline and experience navigating multi-stakeholder, long-cycle sales processes.

  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage board-level audiences.

  • An established professional network within Singapore's enterprise and technology landscape.

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, is essential.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with AI solutions, SaaS platforms, ERP systems, or content/digital experience technologies (PIM, DXP, DAM).
