  • Oversee marketing investment effectiveness, using ROI and mix modeling to improve efficiency and impact.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire marketing teams while fostering a high-performance and growth-oriented culture.
Requirements:

This role requires a seasoned marketing leader with deep experience in brand building, commercial management, and cross-functional leadership within fast-moving consumer or health-related industries.

  • 12+ years of experience in brand marketing, marketing leadership, or consumer product management roles.
  • Proven experience managing full P&L ownership and driving both top-line and bottom-line performance.
  • Strong background in brand strategy, go-to-market execution, and innovation planning.
  • Experience managing complex brand portfolios in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to translate consumer insights and data into strategic and operational marketing decisions.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary estimated between $230,000 and $250,000 (final compensation depends on experience and location)
  • Performance-based incentives and bonus opportunities
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision)
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Broad employee benefits supporting physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing
  • Opportunities for career growth in a global, innovation-driven organization
  • Inclusive workplace culture focused on diversity, equity, and professional development
  • Flexible, cross-functional, and collaborative working environment.
