  • Coordinate user acceptance testing, validate solution quality, and oversee issue resolution throughout project execution.
  • Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges while implementing mitigation strategies and escalation plans as needed.
  • Partner with ServiceNow architects and developers to ensure platform configurations, integrations, and workflows meet technical and operational requirements.
  • Maintain strong communication with customer stakeholders, providing regular updates, project insights, and strategic guidance throughout engagements.

Requirements:

  • Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent project management credentials required.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of project management or business analysis experience, including at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow implementations.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow data structures, workflows, modules, and platform capabilities.
  • Proven experience gathering requirements, facilitating process design discussions, and creating user stories within Agile delivery environments.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, service management processes, and enterprise operational best practices.
  • Experience working within U.S. Government environments, including Federal Civilian or Department of Defense agencies, is highly preferred.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and additional certifications in ITOM, SecOps, GRC, or ITSM are considered advantageous.
  • CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent certification aligned with DoD 8570/8140 requirements is a plus.

Benefits:
