Painter (Day Shift Monday – Thursday 5am–3pm, 4 x 10 hour shifts)

We’re looking for an Industrial Painter to join our team at KRB Machinery. In this role, you’ll wash, prep, and paint components to ensure a high-quality finish. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and values working as part of a team to produce exceptional results.What You’ll Do
• Wash and prepare parts in the wash bay to ensure proper surface cleanliness before painting.
• Mix and apply water-based paints using air pressure spray guns.
• Operate and maintain the paint booth to achieve optimal performance and quality results.
• Record daily paint usage and notify your supervisor when supplies need replenishment.
• Properly hang, move, and position parts to maximize efficiency and minimize changeover time.
• Clean and maintain paint equipment, wash bay, and work areas after each session.
• Ensure all painted products meet quality standards—free of runs, curtains, or missed areas.
• Comply with all safety regulations and contribute to a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with your team and supervisor to support goals and timelines.What We’re Looking For
• At least six (6) months of related industrial painting experience.
• Knowledge of how to mix and apply water-based paints using an air pressure spray gun.
• Understanding of paint viscosity and application techniques.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a paint booth and wash bay environment.
• Must be able to pass a respiratory physical and meet vision requirements (color, depth perception, and focus).
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to safety.Work Environment
• Work is performed primarily in a paint booth and wash bay environment.
• Exposure to moderate to high noise levels and moving forklift traffic.
• Proper PPE is provided and required to ensure a safe work environment.Ready to Apply?
