About the role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Finance System and Process Improvement Lead is responsible for reviewing, improving and automating Finance systems, financial processes, workflows and reporting. You will show strong leaderships skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This role is part-time three day's per week for a fixed term of 6 months.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
Essential experience:
- Experience delivering finance systems, reporting, automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, including reporting, month-end, budgeting, forecasting and reconciliations.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI and data analysis skills.
- Strong systems capability, including data extraction, integration and reporting across multiple platforms.
- Project management experience, including planning, implementation and benefits realisation.
The pay range for this role is:
120,000 - 130,000 AUD per year(Mulgrave)
