Location: 200 Country Club Road, Meadowlands, PA 15347 (Meadowlands Division)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (No Rotating Shifts!)
(Please note: the post rate includes a $5.00 per hour shift differential)

About the Role
We are seeking a FlashCut Operator to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The FlashCut Operator is responsible for operating a FlashCut CNC cutting system to manufacture precision gasket components in accordance with engineering drawings, customer specifications, and production schedules. This position prepares materials, loads cutting programs, monitors machine operation, performs quality inspections, and conducts basic equipment maintenance while ensuring products meet company quality standards. The FlashCut Operator is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment and accurately completing required production documentation.

Responsibilities
- Operate the FlashCut CNC cutting machine to produce gasket components in accordance with production schedules, engineering drawings, and customer specifications.
- Review work orders, blueprints, and cutting files to ensure products are manufactured accurately.
- Load, position, and secure raw materials onto the cutting table.
- Select, load, and verify the appropriate cutting program prior to production.
- Monitor machine operation and make minor adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring devices such as calipers, rulers, tape measures, and gauges to verify product quality.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report material defects, equipment malfunctions, or quality concerns to the Production Supervisor.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance on the FlashCut machine and surrounding work area.
- Accurately complete production, quality, and material documentation as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with material handling, packaging, and other production operations as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Experience / Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent manufacturing experience.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Experience operating CNC cutting equipment or similar industrial machinery is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production specifications.
- Basic math skills and the ability to accurately use measuring devices, including tape measures, calipers, and rulers.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality products.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and production techniques.
- Valid drivers license
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
