Top Responsibilities:
- Virtual Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for field crews, vendors, and stakeholders via phone, email, and video calls.
- Data & Records Management: Perform data entry and maintain digital files for confidential employee, project, and safety records, including vehicle maintenance and employee certifications (CDL/DOT).
- Administrative Support: Assist with departmental tasks, prepare correspondence, and generate project summaries and compliance updates.
Top Qualifications:
- High school diploma with 1+ year of clerical work experience.
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, virtual communication tools, and digital record-keeping systems.
- Ability to type at least 50 wpm with a high degree of accuracy; familiarity with field services is a plus.
Work Environment:
- Full-time, remote/office-based role.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
