SkoFlo designs and manufactures precision flow control valves for the oil and gas industry — subsea and surface equipment engineered to do one job with total reliability, in environments where “close enough” isn’t good enough. We’re a small, privately held company in a genuinely niche corner of industrial manufacturing, and we’re growing.
We’re not looking to become a big company that happens to make valves. We’re looking to become a great small company — systems-driven, data-informed, and efficient enough that a lean team can operate at a scale most companies our size can’t touch. That means investing in the tools (ERP, quality systems, and yes, practical automation) that let good people spend their time on judgment calls instead of paperwork. We’d rather keep good people for a long time than cycle through a lot of them.
We’re hiring a Supply Chain Manager to own purchasing, planning, strategic sourcing, and inventory control — leading a 5-person team and reporting directly to the Director of Operations. This is a working leadership role: you’ll set the strategy and lead the team, and you’ll also be hands-on with supplier negotiations, MRP ownership, and the sourcing decisions that keep production moving.
In year one, your top priority is resolving vendor risk across our supply base — identifying single-source exposure, delivery risk, and quality trends, and building qualified alternatives. You’ll also lead your team’s transition from experience-based buying habits into a fully MRP-driven operation inside our ERP system (Epicor Kinetic).
Base salary range: $120,000–$160,000, depending on experience.
