About the role
A Clinic Manager oversees the daily operations of the Forefront Therapy clinic, ensuring efficient, compliant, and patient-centered service delivery across clinical and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is an organized, decisive leader who can manage staff, streamline day-to-day operations, and maintain a high standard of patient care and business performance. Pay Range: 85K -125K
What you'll do
Clinical Care
- Provide skilled, evidence-based clinical care to each patient on a one-on-one basis at the highest possible standard of practice
- Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to determine functional needs and appropriate courses of treatment
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical best practice
- Educate patients and, where appropriate, their families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and expected outcomes
Operations Management
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation
- Ensure the clinic opens and closes according to schedule, coordinating staff coverage as needed
- Monitor clinic budget, expenses, and financial performance in coordination with the CEO/Director
- Maintain and enforce clinic policies and procedures
- Assist with community engagement and marketing programming, as appropriate
Staff Leadership
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate administrative and support staff
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage across all clinic functions
- Address performance issues and support disciplinary actions as needed, in coordination with the CEO/Director
- Foster a positive, collaborative clinic culture
Patient Experience and Quality
- Monitor patient satisfaction and address escalated patient concerns or complaints
- Partner with clinical leadership to ensure smooth coordination between administrative and clinical operations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experience
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure clinic operations comply with applicable healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and company policy
- Maintain accurate records related to clinic operations, staffing, and compliance
- Escalate compliance concerns to appropriate leadership
- Adhere to HIPAA and all applicable patient privacy and confidentiality requirements
Clinical to Administrative Balance
- Targeted Clinical Care to Administrative Work ratio is 75:25
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or Licensed Clinical Social Work required
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Prior experience in healthcare or clinic operations management preferred
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
