About the role

Imagineeer is seeking a Change Management Analyst to support workforce adoption on an acquisition transformation engagement for a federal civilian department. You will be the supporting role on the adoption and change checkpoint, working with pilot participants, change champions, and trainers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support stakeholder engagement and readiness assessment activities.
  • Onboard pilot participants and engage change champions.
  • Establish and run feedback mechanisms and summarize results.
  • Support training delivery with the Training Lead.
  • Collect adoption measures for status reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 3 or more years of change management, communications, or training experience.
  • Strong facilitation and writing skills.
  • Experience collecting and summarizing stakeholder feedback.

Desired Skills and Competencies:
• Prosci certification.

• Experience supporting federal technology rollouts.

The pay range for this role is:
90,000 - 100,000 USD per year(Hybrid)
