The District Manager provides leadership, coaching, and direction to approximately 5–7 Dunkin’ restaurants. The DM is responsible for developing Restaurant Managers, driving sales and profitability, ensuring Brand standards, and delivering an excellent guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & PeopleRecruit, train, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers.Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.Develop future leaders and maintain strong management teams.Operations & Brand StandardsEnsure restaurants meet Dunkin’ Brand, food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.Conduct regular store visits and follow up on action plans.Ensure successful execution of LTOs, promotions, new products, and Brand initiatives.Sales & Guest ExperienceDrive sales, transactions, guest satisfaction, and loyalty.Understand local market and competitor trends.Coach teams on speed, service, accuracy, and hospitality.Support local marketing and sales-building initiatives.Financial PerformanceManage labor, food cost, waste, and controllable expenses.Review sales and P&L performance and create action plans to improve profitability.Ensure proper cash handling and operational controls.Communication & ExecutionSet clear goals and expectations for each restaurant.Analyze performance and hold managers accountable for results.Partner with franchise ownership and Dunkin’ Brand Field Operations.Lead district meetings and communicate company priorities.Qualifications3+ years of multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.Basic financial and computer skills.Guest-focused with strong business acumen.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel between restaurants.District Manager Success MeasuresThe District Manager will be evaluated on the overall performance and development of the assigned restaurant portfolio, including:Sales GrowthRestaurant ProfitabilityLabor & Food Cost ManagementGuest SatisfactionSpeed of ServiceFood SafetyBrand Standards & Operational ExecutionManager Retention & DevelopmentEmployee EngagementTraining CompletionLTO & Marketing ExecutionRestaurant Readiness & CleanlinessAction Plan CompletionOverall Restaurant Performance You are applying for employment with an independent Dunkin’ franchisee, not Dunkin’ Brands, Inc., Dunkin’, or any of their affiliates.
