Lead Dining Server
$17.00 - $18.00/hour | Full-Time
Village Shores | Silvercrest
Village Shores, part of the Silvercrest Community, is hiring a Lead Dining Server to help lead daily dining operations in our senior living community. This is a full-time role with competitive pay, strong benefits, and a mission-driven culture.

What You’ll Do
- Play a vital role in delighting the residents in the dining room for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Serve meals with a smile on your face and attention to what the residents need and want
- Assist leadership with daily dining operations, including resident meals, guest service, and special events
- Ensure compliance with food service regulations and maintain survey readiness
- Help train and mentor new dining team members
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of dining service experience
- 1+ years of lead server or food service leadership preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of dining service experience in senior living or fine dining
- Experience with service for special events
