Accountabilities:

  • Capture and communicate actionable market insights to support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of compliance standards, healthcare regulations, and industry ethical guidelines while ensuring all activities align with internal policies.
  • Support CRM management, reporting, training, and administrative responsibilities in a timely and organized manner.
  • Contribute thought leadership and strategic recommendations related to healthcare access, evidence generation, and value-based care initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in science, healthcare, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field required.
  • Doctoral degree preferred (MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP, or equivalent).

  • Strong understanding of US healthcare systems, managed care, patient access, payer dynamics, value-based care, and health economics.
  • Experience engaging with payers, systems of care, integrated delivery networks, population health decision-makers, or healthcare organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare compliance standards, FDA regulations, HIPAA, OIG guidance, and pharmaceutical industry ethical practices.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within matrix organizations and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage executive and clinical stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions, therapeutic landscapes, and evolving healthcare priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.
