  • Monitor customer feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Balance multiple support requests while maintaining high-quality communication standards.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks aligned with operational priorities and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Build strong customer relationships through empathy, professionalism, and solution-oriented support.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Professional communication skills with the ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with live chat platforms or customer support systems is a plus.
  • Previous experience in chat support, customer service, or gaming support roles is preferred.
  • Energetic, motivated, and adaptable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi are an added advantage.
