This senior communications role is focused on shaping how complex technology, innovation, and corporate strategy are understood by key external audiences, including industry analysts, media, executives, and enterprise decision-makers. You will operate at the intersection of corporate communications, analyst relations, and executive storytelling, translating highly technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives. The role requires strong strategic thinking and the ability to influence perception across global markets while working closely with senior leadership. You will lead high-impact analyst engagement programs and drive visibility across top-tier media and industry research firms. In a fast-paced, global technology environment, you will play a critical role in strengthening brand reputation and market positioning. This is a highly visible position where communication strategy directly influences industry perception and business outcomes.
- Develop and execute integrated corporate communications strategies aligned with business priorities, brand positioning, and long-term reputation goals
- Translate complex technical and business topics into clear, compelling narratives for external audiences including media, analysts, and industry stakeholders
- Lead corporate communications initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across press, owned channels, and executive communications
- Define and lead global industry analyst relations strategy aligned with business and technology roadmaps
- Manage relationships with key analyst firms and lead executive briefings, inquiry sessions, and deep-dive engagements
- Ensure analysts have a strong understanding of strategy, differentiation, and innovation direction
- Lead proactive media relations, storytelling initiatives, and announcement strategies targeting tier-one business and technology outlets
- Support crisis and issues management, including messaging development and coordinated response execution
- Partner with executives to develop thought leadership content, briefing materials, and speaking opportunities
- Support executive visibility across media, events, and digital platforms including social channels
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, HR, investor relations, and government relations teams to ensure alignment
- Manage external agencies and support measurement frameworks to evaluate communications impact
- Extensive experience in corporate communications, public relations, or analyst relations within complex organizations
- Proven track record leading media relations and industry analyst programs at a senior level
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate messaging
- Experience in enterprise technology, cloud, infrastructure, AI, semiconductors, or hardware/software ecosystems preferred
- Demonstrated success managing executive communications and high-visibility corporate initiatives
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills for executive and external audiences
- Experience building and executing analyst engagement strategies with firms such as Gartner, IDC, or Forrester
- Strong crisis communication and issues management experience under pressure
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment
- Experience managing agencies and cross-regional communications programs
- Familiarity with executive thought leadership, speaking programs, and social media strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or equivalent experience
- Competitive base salary ranging from $131,000 to $190,000 depending on experience and location
