This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams while staying at the forefront of cybersecurity technologies including endpoint, network, cloud, and data security. You’ll contribute directly to customer success while influencing solution adoption and market growth across enterprise accounts.
- Partner closely with sales teams to identify customer needs and design tailored cybersecurity solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for cybersecurity technologies, including endpoint, network, cloud, and data protection solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concept sessions for prospective customers.
- Support the full pre-sales lifecycle, including solution positioning, proposal creation, technical documentation, and customer presentations.
- Respond effectively to customer inquiries, technical concerns, and solution-related objections throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and internal stakeholders to provide customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical sales assets such as whitepapers, datasheets, FAQs, and demonstration materials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging cybersecurity technologies to support strategic sales initiatives.
- Provide post-sales technical assistance, customer onboarding support, training, and troubleshooting for key projects when required.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and act as a trusted advisor throughout customer engagements.
- 8–10 years of experience working with cybersecurity solutions in technical pre-sales, sales engineering, or customer-facing technical roles.
- Strong expertise in cybersecurity technologies including endpoint security, network security, cloud security, authentication, encryption, and data protection.
- Prior experience supporting enterprise customers and sales activities within the Mumbai territory.
- Proven ability to conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer workshops.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity industry trends, best practices, and evolving threat landscapes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and experience collaborating closely with commercial sales teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate customer challenges into effective technical solutions.
- Experience working in fast-paced, customer-centric, and collaborative environments.
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
