Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, B2B Data Strategy & Revenue Analytics in United States.
This role is a senior leadership position responsible for defining and owning how marketing performance is measured across the full B2B revenue funnel—from first click through pipeline creation to closed revenue. You will sit at the intersection of marketing operations, analytics, CRM, and data strategy, ensuring that all campaign and customer data flows cleanly across systems and supports accurate, trusted revenue reporting. The position requires both strategic vision and deep technical expertise to diagnose measurement breakdowns, fix root causes, and establish scalable governance. You will partner closely with marketing, sales operations, analytics, and engineering teams to unify data across tools and touchpoints. This is a highly impactful role where your work directly shapes how leadership understands marketing performance and revenue contribution. Success depends on your ability to bring structure, clarity, and accountability to complex, cross-system data ecosystems.
- Own end-to-end measurement strategy for B2B marketing impact across pipeline, attribution, and revenue reporting.
- Design and enforce data governance frameworks across tagging, tracking, UTM structures, campaign taxonomy, and CRM/marketing automation integrations.
- Lead implementation and QA of digital tracking systems, ensuring accurate event capture, dataLayer consistency, and reliable downstream data flow.
- Partner with marketing, sales operations, analytics, and engineering teams to ensure clean data synchronization across CRM, marketing automation, and advertising platforms.
- Build scalable QA processes to detect and resolve breakdowns in tracking, ingestion, attribution, and reporting before they impact business decisions.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across leads, pipeline, and revenue attribution by identifying and fixing root-cause issues.
- Translate business and marketing needs into structured measurement requirements, data models, and operational standards.
- Develop documentation and governance frameworks for tracking, campaign setup, field definitions, and reporting logic.
- Enable leadership visibility into data quality, measurement limitations, and attribution confidence.
- Extensive experience in B2B marketing analytics, revenue analytics, marketing operations, or data strategy roles.
- Strong expertise in designing measurement frameworks that connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes across long sales cycles.
- Deep hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and digital tracking implementation, including event design, dataLayer structure, and QA processes.
- Strong knowledge of GA4 and modern web analytics platforms.
- Proven experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Solid understanding of campaign taxonomy, UTMs, attribution models, lead routing, and conversion tracking across systems.
- Experience working with ABM platforms such as Demandbase or 6sense is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot across technical, operational, and data layers, including tagging, field mapping, and system integration issues.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical, marketing, sales, and analytics teams.
- SQL and data warehouse experience (or familiarity with BI/warehouse environments) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high attention to detail and a low tolerance for inconsistent or unreliable data.
- Competitive annual salary range of $140,000–$160,000, plus performance-based bonus opportunity.
- Remote-first work environment with flexible scheduling options across most U.S. locations.
- Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and pet insurance.
- 100% paid parental leave and strong family-support programs.
- 401(k) retirement plan with company matching.
- Unlimited PTO and extended holiday break in winter.
- Home office flexibility, including “work from anywhere” options (with some restrictions).
- Annual wellness and learning perks, including ClassPass credits and professional development support.
- Inclusive, award-winning workplace culture focused on collaboration, growth, and work-life balance.
