You will act as a central point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Support and collaborate on contract negotiations, including pricing, SLAs, and terms of service in partnership with legal teams
  • Develop and maintain supplier qualification frameworks, including documentation and onboarding standards
  • Monitor vendor performance through KPIs related to quality, cost, compliance, and delivery efficiency
  • Manage supplier relationships, including performance reviews, issue resolution, and dispute management
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities through spend analysis and procurement strategy refinement
  • Oversee supplier risk management, including contingency planning and compliance monitoring
  • Lead ESG data collection and reporting, including sustainability metrics and Scope 3 emissions tracking
  • Support quality teams in investigating vendor non-conformance issues and remediation efforts
  • Contribute to corporate sustainability initiatives, including ESG frameworks and reporting standards
  • Develop customized vendor performance and sourcing reports for leadership and stakeholder presentations
Requirements

This role requires a strong foundation in procurement and vendor management, combined with analytical capability and experience managing supplier relationships in a structured and compliance-driven environment. You should be comfortable balancing operational execution with strategic sourcing decisions.

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or purchasing roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of contract structures, supplier risk management, and compliance considerations
  • Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement or spend analysis tools
  • Familiarity with ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISO 20400) is a strong plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and procurement projects with strong time management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret spend data and vendor performance metrics
  • Experience in clinical research or regulated industries is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to operate within compliance-focused environments
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience
  • HSA and 401(k) contributions
  • Health and wellness benefits (medical, dental, vision where applicable)
  • Opportunities to contribute to sustainability and ESG initiatives
  • Professional development and training programs
  • Collaborative and mission-driven work environment
