Accountabilities:
  • Own and optimize day-to-day performance of Google Ads and YouTube Ads, ensuring efficient budget allocation and achievement of CPA and volume targets.
  • Develop and execute paid search strategies aligned with business objectives, including keyword strategy, bidding structures, and audience segmentation.
  • Build and manage a structured experimentation roadmap covering ad creatives, landing pages, targeting, and bidding approaches.
  • Analyze full-funnel performance data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and uncover opportunities for scaling paid search performance.
  • Collaborate with creative and growth teams to improve conversion rates and overall funnel efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution integrity, and signal quality to support data-driven bidding strategies.
  • Stay current with industry trends, including AI-driven changes in search and paid media ecosystems.
Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with proven performance improvement results.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling paid search campaigns while optimizing for CPA and ROAS targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Experience using analytics platforms such as GA4, Northbeam, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of paid search mechanics, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization principles.
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of channel performance.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across growth, analytics, and creative teams.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexibility and autonomy.
  • 100% employer-covered health, dental, and vision insurance (with partial dependent coverage).
  • Paid time off including 15 PTO days (prorated), 9 company holidays, and a dedicated birthday day off.
  • Generous paid parental leave policy.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Annual $200 wellness membership benefit.
  • Strong focus on professional development and continuous learning opportunities.
  • High ownership culture with significant autonomy over your work and impact.
