The Day Surgery RN practices consistent with the mission, vision and values of Goshen Health, the Department of Nursing’s Philosophy, and model of care. Position Qualifications

Minimum Education:

• Registered nurse with a valid Indiana State RN license
  
  Colleagues hired with an associate degree must enter a BSN program within 12 months of hire and earn their BSN from a NLN or CCNE accredited program within 5 years of beginning their BSN degree.
  
  Effective February 2021, Colleagues hired with an associate degree and 10 or more years of nursing experience may be exempt from entering into a BSN program.
