- Own and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting through negotiation and deal closure.
- Generate and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-ups, and strategic prospecting initiatives.
- Conduct discovery calls, product presentations, and tailored demos to understand customer pain points and business requirements.
- Qualify opportunities based on business fit, urgency, intent, and potential value to ensure efficient pipeline management.
- Collaborate with SDRs and marketing teams to improve lead quality, messaging strategies, and conversion performance.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and customers to drive trust and repeat business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting data, and sales activity tracking to support business visibility and planning.
- Continuously test and optimize outreach messaging, positioning, and sales strategies to improve overall sales performance.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets while maintaining a customer-centric and consultative sales approach.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SaaS sales, including a proven track record in Account Executive or closing-focused roles.
- Current experience working within a SaaS-based organization is required.
- Strong outbound prospecting and lead generation capabilities.
- Demonstrated success managing full-cycle B2B sales processes from initial outreach to signed contracts.
- Excellent discovery, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies and customer relationship management.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage decision-makers effectively.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and focus on achieving revenue and pipeline goals.
- Ability to thrive in an early-stage startup or high-growth environment with evolving priorities and fast execution cycles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline reporting best practices.
