- Lead sales forecasting and pipeline governance processes, ensuring accurate reporting, strong visibility, and data integrity across commercial operations.
- Develop executive dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance analytics that support strategic decision-making and identify business opportunities and risks.
- Partner closely with commercial, marketing, business development, and leadership teams to align operational execution with go-to-market objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement of sales operations processes, pipeline hygiene, operating rhythms, and productivity initiatives.
- Serve as the business owner for Salesforce, ensuring platform optimization, user adoption, strong governance, and process scalability.
- Evaluate and implement sales enablement technologies, automation tools, and GenAI solutions to improve commercial efficiency and insights.
- Support account planning, performance management, and operational alignment across multiple business groups and practice areas.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and lead cross-functional initiatives that improve forecasting accuracy, commercial effectiveness, and revenue growth.
- Influence executive leadership discussions by translating complex data into clear strategic recommendations and actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Strategy, or Management Consulting roles.
- Previous experience within Life Sciences, healthcare, or related industries is strongly preferred.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM, including reporting, dashboards, process optimization, and data governance.
- Proven track record improving forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and sales performance metrics.
- Experience evaluating, selecting, and implementing commercial technologies and automation solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving, and growth-oriented environments while balancing strategic priorities with operational execution.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $147,000 to $220,000 USD, based on experience and location.
