Summary: Responsible for providing assistance with quoting, working with suppliers, contractors, entering and expediting new parts and belt orders by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING. OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED:
- Answers customer inquiries via phone, fax, and email.
- Quotes customer and dealer requests; parts and metalworking parts.
- Enters customer orders.
- Expedites orders; tracks, traces and follows up with customers.
- Works with production and scheduling to prepare belt orders and material requirements planning.
- Provides assistance and support to sales, engineering, customer service, shipping, inventory control, etc.
- Provides maintenance and implementation of inventory and production control procedures.
- Examines orders for completeness and accuracy.
- Assigns product, area, market channel of sales, and other codes as required.
- Assigns commission distribution.
- Obtains credit approval and shipping commitment.
- Maintains necessary records and reports as required.
- Processes change orders.
- Prepares quotation for standard price book parts.
- Maintains credibility and documentation of parts orders.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience: Over 3 and up to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Broad knowledge of Mayfran products and applications, and ability to solve mechanical and electrical repair issues.
Computer Skills: Epicor, CRM, MS Office.
