Job Description

Do you love turning ambiguous product ideas into live AI features that real users rely on every day?

Do you want a role where you ship fast, mentor others, and directly shape how an AI-first product is built and delivered?

Great! Read on as we have a role for you!

This role is a senior, hands-on AI Principal Product Manager within a fast-growing, AI-first SaaS company serving professional creative and production teams. You will own the end-to-end journey from idea to deployment for AI-powered features, combining strong technical execution (full-stack engineering and AI integrations) with process excellence across the product and software development lifecycle. The environment is fast-paced, experimental, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on quickly shipping, learning, and iterating in production.

You will independently design, build, and ship full-stack solutions, integrate state-of-the-art image/video/text models, and systematically remove friction to increase team velocity. You will also act as a force multiplier: mentoring engineers, refining workflows, and leading experiments that directly impact customer outcomes and business metrics. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives at the intersection of engineering, AI, and product, and who enjoys taking ownership in a high-autonomy, high-impact setting.

This is a Fully Remote Role within Poland on a B2B contract.

The Salary for this role can go up to 530,000 PLN per year

Your duties will include:

  • Own and optimize the end-to-end product and software development lifecycle (from idea to deployment) for AI-powered features.
  • Integrate and orchestrate state-of-the-art AI models (image, video, text) into reliable, user-facing workflows.
  • Identify friction points in current processes and tooling, and implement improvements that measurably increase team velocity.
  • Collaborate with product leaders to refine problem statements, requirements, and success metrics for new features and experiments.
  • Define, run, and analyze experiments to validate product ideas and drive customer and business outcomes.
  • Establish lightweight, effective practices for testing, monitoring, and maintaining AI-enabled features in production.
  • Mentor and coach engineers to uplevel their skills in shipping quickly, working with AI, and owning outcomes end to end.
  • Contribute to and influence technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices for AI deployment.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., product, design, operations) to ensure solutions align with real-world workflows and needs.

To be a good fit for the AI Principal Product Manager role, you will have:

  • Proven experience as a PDLC/ SDLC Manager or a similar role, with a track record of shipping production features end to end.
  • Deep expertise in the modern JavaScript ecosystem, specifically Node.js and React.js (including React Query and Tailwind CSS).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and improve the product/software development lifecycle, from idea and specification through to deployment and iteration.
  • Evidence of increasing team or organizational velocity (e.g., reducing cycle times, improving deployment frequency, streamlining workflows).
  • Solid understanding of cloud-based architectures and services (e.g., AWS or equivalent), and familiarity with modern DevOps practices.
  • Experience designing and running experiments, and using data to inform product and technical decisions.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills, with experience helping other engineers grow and ship more effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, comfortable working closely with product, design, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A product-minded, ownership-driven mindset, with the ability to balance speed, quality, and impact in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.

Nice to have:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of chaining and harnessing multiple models based on specific "Jobs to be Done" and model-specific strengths.
  • A strong background in DevOps or Product Ops, particularly in the context of streamlining AI deployment.
  • Previous experience in the film, video, or digital media industries, understanding the unique friction points of creative production.
  • Strong visual design skills or experience managing design systems within AI-driven interfaces.
  • A "product-first" mindset with the ability to identify strategic market opportunities and translate them into technical roadmaps.
  • Experience leading formal teams with a clear mission and ownership over high-stakes business outcomes.

Our client offers:

  • B2B contract with a salary range between 380,000 - 530,000 PLN per year (salary offered will be dependant on the outcome of the interview)
  • Fully Remote Role
  • Work on cutting-edge AI products used by professional creative and production teams, not just consumer demos.
  • High-impact senior IC role with real ownership from idea to deployment and clear visibility to leadership.
  • Fast-paced environment optimized for shipping quickly, learning from real users, and iterating in production.
  • Opportunity to design and improve modern PDLC/SDLC practices specifically for AI-enabled products.
  • Hands-on access to state-of-the-art image, video, and text models, with freedom to experiment and innovate.
  • Strong culture of mentorship, learning, and skill development across engineering and product disciplines.
