Wood Shop Technician

- Operate and maintain woodworking machinery and tools safely and efficiently

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders

- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for accuracy and craftsmanship

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity

- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and project goals

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in woodworking, carpentry, or related trades

- Proficiency with woodworking tools and machinery

- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

- Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in a woodworking environment

- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
