Schedule: Full-Time, Work shift as assigned with overtime as required

What You’ll DoAs a Plant Laborer, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily plant operations by maintaining clean and safe production, warehouse, and facility areas while assisting with general maintenance and material handling needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintain the cleanliness of production, warehouse, and facility areas by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and completing other assigned sanitation duties.
- Respond to spills and properly clean and dispose of wheat and other production debris according to company procedures.
- Clean walls, ceilings, doors, grates, equipment, site glasses, oil pans, and other designated areas and equipment.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, including removing, repairing, and replacing sieves, filter tubes, and elevator strap leg buckets.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts and Bobcats to move materials and supplies.
- Maintain facility grounds, including mowing, snow removal, and general upkeep.
- Collect and properly dispose of trash and production waste.
- Rotate into other cleaning or maintenance assignments as needed to support plant operations.
- Follow all company safety, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous general work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
- Ability to work safely and independently while completing assigned responsibilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to operate or learn to operate material-handling equipment such as forklifts and Bobcats.
- Willingness to perform physically active work in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed to support business needs.
