This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vaga afirmativa para PcD - Analista de Business Operations based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to support business operations through data, process optimization, automation, and artificial intelligence. You will work within a fully remote team focused on improving operational strategies and accelerating growth initiatives. The position combines analytical thinking with hands-on problem-solving, helping teams gain greater visibility into performance, priorities, and operational bottlenecks. You will contribute to automation initiatives, lead generation solutions, dashboards, and process improvements that can scale across the organization. The role provides exposure to business strategy, go-to-market operations, and emerging AI tools. It is well suited to a data-driven professional who enjoys transforming complex or manual workflows into structured, efficient solutions.

Accountabilities:
  • Identify opportunities to automate operational processes and use AI tools, particularly Claude, to build scalable interfaces and workflows.
  • Support leadership with goal setting, business model development, and initiatives designed to accelerate internal processes.
  • Improve the management and visibility of hunting operations through performance dashboards, funnel organization, prioritization, and identification of operational bottlenecks.
  • Develop automated solutions for generating and qualifying leads from real estate partners.
  • Standardize operational learnings and establish repeatable processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Analyze business and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational challenges into practical solutions using data, automation, and technology.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven mindset and a practical, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with manipulating and analyzing datasets using Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Workspace.
  • Previous experience in Business Operations, Business Operations support, Customer Success, Finance, or related operational areas.
  • Ability to organize information, identify patterns and bottlenecks, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Experience or practical interest in using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to automate workflows, create prompts, or improve operational processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with real estate, go-to-market strategy, sales funnels, lead generation, or performance management is advantageous.
