The Pricing Executive is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and managing freight rates for air, ocean, and land transportation. The role supports sales and operations by providing competitive, accurate, and timely pricing while maintaining profitability and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue freight quotations for air, sea (FCL/LCL), and road shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers, shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents to obtain buy rates.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements to develop competitive pricing strategies with commercial team.
• Support the sales team with customized pricing solutions.
• Ensure pricing accuracy, margin control, and adherence to company profitability guidelines.
• Collaborate with operations to resolve pricing disputes or discrepancies.
• Monitor surcharges, fuel adjustments, and seasonal rate changes.
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations, Incoterms, and internal SOPs.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2 years of experience in freight forwarding pricing (air/ocean/road).
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, freight charges, and carrier pricing structures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and freight management systems (CargoWise, CargoSphere, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
