As a Lot Technician, you will play an important role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our indoor and outdoor inventory while helping ensure every vehicle is prepared to meet the standards of the Performance Luxury Sport experience.

- Maintain the appearance and organization of luxury and performance vehicle inventory
- Keep inventory clean, presentable, and ready for customers and the sales team
- Organize and reposition vehicles throughout the showroom, lot, and inventory areas as needed
- Ensure vehicles are properly staged and ready for display and sale
- Assist with receiving and preparing newly acquired vehicles for inventory
- Safely move and park a wide variety of luxury, performance, and specialty vehicles
- Assist with vehicle transportation and other inventory-related needs
- Support the sales and service teams with vehicle movement and preparation as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional inventory environment
- Work collaboratively with other departments to provide an exceptional customer experience

- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Dependable, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining vehicle appearance
- Ability to safely drive and park a variety of vehicles
- Comfortable working around high-value luxury and performance vehicles
- Ability to perform physical duties associated with moving, cleaning, and preparing vehicles
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
