Position Summary
The Marketing Associate provides operational support across Brighton's marketing department, ensuring projects, events, digital assets, and marketing resources are organized, maintained, and executed efficiently. This role is responsible for keeping marketing systems running smoothly through website maintenance, event coordination, vendor management, asset organization, and day-to-day administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working behind the scenes to support a variety of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Event Support & Coordination
• Coordinate logistics for home sales, and corporate events.
• Assist with event setup, execution, and teardown.
• Coordinate event materials, signage, and supplies.
• Maintain flexibility to support occasional evening and weekend events
Digital Marketing Support
• Maintain website content and ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
• Perform routine website health checks and audits.
• Support ongoing optimization of Brighton's digital presence.
Marketing Asset Management
• Organize and maintain marketing assets, photography, and digital files within company asset management systems.
• Ensure marketing materials remain current and accessible.
Vendor & Marketing Resource Management
• Manage ordering and inventory of marketing materials, signage, promotional items, and branded assets.
• Process marketing invoices and assist with expense reconciliation.
• Support general marketing outreach and administrative projects as needed.

• Assist with writing and editing marketing materials, including website copy, press releases, blogs, and other communications
Requirements:Qualifications
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or marketing operations role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
• Strong written communication and proofreading abilities.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
• Preferred experience with WordPress, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Cloud, and project management software (such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or Trello).
• Ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends to support marketing events.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Physical Demands- Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (e.g., processing paperwork, patching cables, occasionally use of a ladder)
- May be required to perform physical labor such as lift\move 25 pounds.
- May be required stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for a prolonged period of time
