Job Description

Description:

AllOne Health is in the business of care; and service is what matters most.

As a leader in workplace behavioral health, we’ve proven that a company’s success is directly linked to the health and well-being of their employees.

By joining our team, you will make a difference in the lives of our clients and their communities. The meaningful work that we do includes counseling, providing work-life resources, wellness and more through our Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).

We are currently seeking an IT Project Manager to work remotely. This is a full-time, exempt position.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to sit within our Strategy and Project Management function, supporting enterprise-wide technology initiatives that advance the organization's strategic plan. This role owns the planning and execution of IT-specific projects including system implementations, integrations, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades while working in close partnership with senior strategy and program leads who set overall direction for larger enterprise initiatives.

The ideal candidate has hands-on familiarity with IT workflows and infrastructure, is fluent in Agile delivery methods, and is comfortable with AI-enabled tools and their application within business systems and workflows. This person will work closely with technical and business teams to keep IT projects on track, and will flag risks, dependencies, and process improvements to senior leads as part of the broader enterprise initiative.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Own end-to-end project management for IT-specific projects that support broader enterprise initiatives tied to the organization's strategic plan, including system implementations, integrations, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades
  • Partner closely with senior strategy and program leads, providing IT project status, risk visibility, and process recommendations to inform enterprise-level decisions
  • Use AI-enabled tools where useful to improve project workflows, and support teams in adopting AI capabilities within existing systems and processes
  • Partner with IT, engineering, and business stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, resource needs, and success metrics
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) where applicable; adapt methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) to fit project needs
  • Identify, track, and escalate project risks and dependencies before they become blockers
  • Maintain clear, consistent project documentation, status reporting, and governance aligned to the team’s PMO framework
  • Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes, tooling, and team workflows
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior strategy and program leads

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Required Qualifications:
    • 5–7 years of project management experience, with a track record of success in high-pace, high-growth environments
    • Demonstrated technical knowledge of IT workflows, systems, and processes (e.g., infrastructure, integrations, SaaS platforms, ticketing/workflow tools)
    • Experience working within Agile environments and project methodology
    • Comfort working with AI tools and platforms, with willingness to apply them to improve IT project workflows
    • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to build trust and credibility across technical and non-technical teams
    • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent IT projects with competing priorities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • PMP or equivalent project management certification
    • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com)
    • Familiarity with system implementations (e.g., HubSpot, Sage Intacct, HRIS platforms)
    • Experience working within a PMO or Strategic Transformation function supporting enterprise-wide initiatives

Company Perks:

  • We don’t want you to wait - Immediate medical (Blue Cross/Blue Shield), dental, and vision insurance is available
  • Self-Care is a top priority – We offer desirable work schedules and a generous amount of Paid Time Off
  • Thinking about your future? – We have a 401(k) retirement program with a company match
  • Of course, we know that life happens - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits are available to you and your family
  • …and many more!

AllOne Health is an AA/EO employer and actively seeks candidates from diverse backgrounds.
