  • Regional Travel: Travel up to 50% of the time, domestically and occasionally internationally, based on customer requirements and project needs.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Experience: At least 3 years of experience in IVF laboratories, technical application support, digital solution deployment, or a closely related field. Experience in project-based or field-oriented roles is preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline. IVF laboratory or digital certifications are considered an advantage.
  • Clinical & Digital Knowledge: Solid understanding of IVF laboratory processes and digital clinical workflows, with the ability to translate technical solutions into practical customer applications.
  • Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with CRM platforms and basic SQL knowledge is preferred.
  • Communication & Training: Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across commercial, technical, product, and customer-facing teams.
  • Language Skills: Fluent English is required; knowledge of an additional regional language is a plus.
  • Work Environment: Comfortable working in clinical and laboratory settings, spending extended periods at a computer, and occasionally handling equipment weighing up to 20 kg.
  • Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including up to 50% of working time, depending on customer and project requirements.
Benefits:
  • Competitive Compensation: A competitive total compensation package, with additional information on variable pay and benefits available through the recruitment team.
