Opportunity –As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
- Partner with hiring managers to design and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
- Build and manage strong talent pipelines using market insights and proactive sourcing techniques
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding
- Influence hiring decisions through data, market intelligence, and cost-effective sourcing strategies
- Coach and guide line managers on best practices in hiring, selection, and minimizing bias
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment processes and talent attraction
- Ensure compliance with legal, data privacy, and internal recruitment policies
- Collaborate with HR teams across functions to align recruitment practices and improve processes
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including training and process optimization

About You Essential Criteria- Strong experience in agency or in-house recruitment
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end and high-volume hiring
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Strong sourcing capability and experience in building talent pipelines
- Experience using multiple tools and methods to assess candidates
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and workload management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
- Industry-recognized recruitment certification
- Advanced social media recruiting skills
- Experience in conducting or leading selection interviews
