Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – Ohio (Remote)
Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensed in Ohio to provide high-quality virtual mental health services. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about delivering accessible care while working within a structured, supervised clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide individual, family, and/or group counseling via telehealth platforms
• Conduct mental health assessments and contribute to treatment planning under appropriate supervision
• Deliver evidence-based therapies such as:
o Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
o Interpersonal Therapy
o Other clinically appropriate modalities
• Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and state guidelines
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all client interactions
• Work collaboratively with a clinical supervisor and interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
Qualifications
• Active LPC license in Ohio (required)
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
• Understanding of telehealth practices and ethical standards
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively within a supervised setting
• Experience providing virtual counseling services preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
