Overview:

Precisely is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own product marketing for our flagship data integrity platform. This is the flagship of our portfolio, a platform that helps the world's most data-driven organizations trust the data they rely on to run their businesses. You will own the market narrative, positioning, and marketing strategy for a platform spanning multiple capability areas and serving audiences ranging from data leaders to business users who depend on trusted data every day. You will partner closely with Product Management, Sales, and other Marketing functions to translate platform capabilities into clear value, sharp messaging, and measurable pipeline impact. This is a highly visible role. Beyond your platform responsibilities, you will help us innovate and cultivate an AI-driven product marketing team, bringing AI experience that shapes how we work

What you will do:

  • Develop and maintain a compelling platform-level narrative, value proposition, and messaging framework that unifies our data integrity capabilities into one coherent story
  • Translate technical capabilities into differentiated, outcome-oriented messaging for technical buyers, data leaders, and business stakeholders
  • Build and run launch plans for major platform releases, new capabilities, and cross-portfolio initiatives, partnering with Product Management on roadmap alignment and launch readiness
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product Management, Sales, and other Marketing functions to deliver integrated campaigns and launches
  • Partner with Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Web & Brand, and Communications to shape campaign strategy, content themes, and the messaging that powers pipeline growth for the platform
  • Develop persona-based messaging and thought leadership that engage target buyers across the funnel and support account-based programs for strategic accounts
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to shape, build, and/or deliver the core readiness material, including pitch decks, demos, solution briefs, battlecards, and more
  • Co-deliver enablement sessions and equip field teams to confidently position the platform, handle objections, and advance deals
  • Apply AI to accelerate product marketing work, including messaging iteration, content development, customer and competitive research, and message testing
  • Help cultivate an AI-driven product marketing team by piloting new tools and workflows, sharing what works, and mentoring peers on responsible, high-impact AI adoption
  • Contribute platform-level inputs to Competitive Intelligence and Analyst Relations, including win/loss insights, customer themes, and market shifts that inform positioning and roadmap
  • Synthesize customer, analyst, and market insights into actionable recommendations that shape messaging, launch planning, and go-to-market investment

What we are looking for:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B software, with a meaningful portion focused on enterprise data, analytics, or infrastructure platforms
  • Proven experience leading go-to-market strategy and launches for a platform or multi-product portfolio, not just a single feature or product
  • Strong track record developing positioning and messaging for business and technical buyers
  • Hands-on experience applying AI to product marketing use cases, such as messaging, content, research, competitive intelligence, or message testing
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Demand Generation to drive pipeline and with Sales and Sales Enablement to improve win rates through readiness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to turn complex technical concepts into clear, differentiated narratives
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product Management on roadmap, launch planning, and customer research
  • Travel is required: Yes, ~10-15%

AI Skills/Knowledge:

Precisely is an AI-first organization. All employees are expected to use AI tools to accelerate their work, improve the quality of their output, and eliminate low-value tasks. Candidates should be comfortable using generative and agentic AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) in their day-to-day workflows, be able to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs, and be open to continuously adopting new AI capabilities as they emerge.

  • Demonstrated judgment for responsible, high-impact AI adoption knowing what to automate, what to augment, and what to leave alone
  • Hands-on experience applying AI to core product marketing work, including messaging, content, research, and competitive intelligence
  • Track record in piloting new AI tools and workflows, then scaling what works across a team
  • Comfort mentoring peers and helping cultivate an AI-driven product marketing culture

Preferred Skills: Enter any skills that would be a plus but not required

  • Experience in marketing data management, data integration, data quality, data governance, master data management, data observability, location intelligence, or data enrichment solutions
  • SaaS, developer marketing, or product-led growth (PLG)
  • Familiarity with modern data stack ecosystems, including cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
  • Exposure to AI and machine learning use cases, particularly how data integrity enables trustworthy AI outcomes
  • Experience contributing to analyst briefings, inquiries, and evaluations (e.g., Gartner, IDC, etc.)

Why this role:

This is a senior product marketing position on our most strategic platform. You will be driving how the market understands and adopts our flagship offering, partnering with senior stakeholders across the business, and helping shape how our team uses AI to work smarter. If you want scope, visibility, and the chance to influence how a category leader goes to market, this is the role for you.
