This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Manager (IT Business Enablement / Adoption) based in India.
This is a strategic yet hands-on marketing role focused on driving internal adoption of enterprise IT products and AI-enabled tools. You will operate at the intersection of product marketing, internal communications, and change management, translating technical IT capabilities into clear, engaging narratives that drive real user behavior. The role requires full ownership of end-to-end internal campaigns, from concept to execution across multiple formats and channels. You will create compelling content independently, including copy, visuals, and short-form videos, often leveraging AI tools to scale output and quality. The environment is fast-paced, startup-driven, and highly collaborative, with a strong focus on experimentation, agility, and measurable adoption impact. Your work will directly influence how effectively employees engage with internal platforms and digital tools.
- Plan, design, and execute internal marketing and adoption campaigns for IT products and AI-enabled tools, ensuring clear messaging and measurable engagement outcomes.
- Own end-to-end campaign delivery, including briefing, content creation, channel strategy, execution, and performance tracking.
- Develop adoption-driven communication strategies that move users beyond awareness toward sustained behavioral change and product usage.
- Independently create multi-format content including written copy, visual assets, and short-form videos without reliance on dedicated creative support.
- Leverage AI tools and generative technologies to accelerate content production, improve quality, and scale internal communications output.
- Analyze campaign performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and continuously optimize messaging and delivery approaches.
- Collaborate with IT, product, and business stakeholders to align messaging with internal platform capabilities and rollout priorities.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, internal communications, product marketing, change management, or related fields.
- Proven experience independently managing end-to-end campaigns including messaging strategy, channel planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Strong ability to create content across multiple formats including copywriting, visual design, and basic video production.
- Deep understanding of adoption and engagement principles, with a focus on driving behavioral change rather than just awareness.
- Hands-on experience working with AI-powered content tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.
- Strong storytelling, communication, and visual design instincts with a strong sense of what resonates with internal users.
- Ability to work in agile, fast-changing environments with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
- Experience in enterprise IT, digital transformation, or internal product rollouts is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent academic background; candidates with strong analytical or business school backgrounds are a plus.
