This role focuses on applying deep healthcare and social assistance expertise to support the development of advanced AI benchmarking systems in Malayalam for the Indian healthcare context. You will be responsible for designing and reviewing realistic clinical and administrative scenarios that reflect real-world patient care, hospital workflows, and healthcare operations. The position involves translating professional healthcare knowledge into structured case studies that capture patient safety, clinical reasoning, and operational decision-making. You will also evaluate AI-generated outputs to ensure medical accuracy, contextual relevance, and adherence to healthcare best practices. Working independently in a flexible remote environment, you will contribute to defining high-quality benchmark standards that improve AI understanding of sensitive healthcare environments. • Design realistic healthcare and social assistance scenarios in Malayalam based on Indian clinical and hospital environments
• Develop structured evaluation frameworks to assess clinical reasoning, administrative accuracy, and patient safety considerations
• Review and evaluate AI-generated and human-generated responses for medical correctness, realism, and communication quality
• Create benchmark “gold standard” solutions aligned with healthcare best practices and patient care standards
• Ensure scenarios reflect real-world workflows such as patient intake, care coordination, nursing processes, and hospital administration
• Evaluate safety implications and contextual appropriateness in healthcare-related outputs
• Contribute domain expertise to improve AI understanding of clinical and healthcare operational environments

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare or social assistance roles
• Native-level proficiency in Malayalam and strong professional English communication skills
• Background in roles such as registered nurse, healthcare administrator, medical secretary, nurse practitioner, or hospital operations supervisor
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, patient care processes, and healthcare administration systems
• Ability to assess medical accuracy, safety considerations, and operational realism in healthcare scenarios
• Experience working within hospital environments or healthcare service delivery systems in India is highly desirable
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote contractor setup
