⚠️ Role Summary: We are looking for a passionate, full-time Dental Assistant to join our growing general dentistry team in beautiful Folsom, CA. This position requires 1–3 years of clinical chairside experience.

• Experience: 1–3 years of clinical chairside dental assisting experience is required (General Dentistry experience is strongly preferred).
• Licensure: Current California RDA license is a plus, but not required.
• Certifications: Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Technical Skills: Experience with dental practice management software (experience with Open Dental is a major plus!).
• Mindset: A positive, proactive attitude with strong teamwork, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding patient care.

• Chairside Excellence: Provide high-quality four-handed chairside assistance to our dentists during general dentistry procedures.
• Patient Care: Deliver exceptional patient experiences, ensuring our community feels safe, comfortable, and valued during their visits.
• Clinical Flow: Prepare, sterilize, and turn over treatment rooms efficiently while maintaining top-tier clinical and infection control standards.
