A DAY IN THE LIFE

The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager with hiring, scheduling, barista training, completing managerial paperwork tasks, and running a clean, efficiently operating store. This role also serves as the managerial point of contact when the Store Manager is off shift. (This includes the expectation of working some nights and weekends.) The Assistant Manager is a vital aspect in maintaining a positive culture of loving our Baristas and customers and exemplifies Scooter’s Coffee core values.

$16.00 plus tips

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Must have the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Must have a positive and professional demeanor and the ability to convey a positive "team spirit" amongst the staff
• Must have the ability to clearly communicate
• Prior leadership experience preferred, but no prior Scooter’s Management or Barista experience necessary
