The environment is entrepreneurial and fast-paced, making this a strong fit for a self-starter who enjoys building new functions and owning outcomes.
Regular partner meetings, industry events, webinars, and travel will give you the opportunity to build a strong international network.
- Build and expand a reseller and referral partnership network across Europe by identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and developing partners market by market.
- Establish commercial partnerships with agencies, consultancies, resellers, and other relevant ecosystem players.
- Develop technical and product partnerships with platforms, system integrators, and complementary solutions within the mobile marketing ecosystem.
- Train and enable partners on the product, positioning, and sales approach so they can independently present, demonstrate, and support the solution.
- Collaborate with product teams to develop integrations and joint value propositions with complementary technologies.
- Organize and participate in partner events, webinars, conferences, and other industry activities to generate awareness and qualified leads.
- Develop joint go-to-market and co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners and take ownership of the partner-sourced pipeline.
- Work closely with sales teams to qualify, route, and convert partner-generated opportunities.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms, and renewals while maintaining strong long-term partner relationships.
- Monitor partner activity, pipeline development, and performance through the CRM and provide regular reporting on channel health and results.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, business development, channel management, or sales, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Previous experience building or managing reseller, referral, or channel programs is highly desirable.
- Experience developing product partnerships, technology integrations, or platform ecosystems is a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of the mobile marketing, e-commerce, or D2C landscape, with the ability to engage credibly with stakeholders in these ecosystems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a function from the ground up, operate independently, and take ownership of measurable outcomes.
- Strong presentation, communication, and training skills, with confidence facilitating enablement sessions and representing the business at industry events.
- Excellent English communication skills; additional European languages are a significant advantage.
- Willingness and ability to travel across Europe for partner meetings, training sessions, conferences, and business development activities.
- Opportunity to build and own a partnership function from the ground up.
- International scope spanning Europe, the UK, and LATAM.
- High level of autonomy and ownership within an entrepreneurial, technology-driven environment.
- Exposure to SaaS, mobile engagement, e-commerce, D2C, and digital marketing ecosystems.
- Opportunities to attend industry conferences, partner events, webinars, and international meetings.
- Close collaboration with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams.
- Flexible and dynamic working environment designed to support ownership and growth.
