This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Reporting Analyst based in India.
This role is an opportunity to support commercial decision-making through accurate, timely, and actionable reporting.
You will partner closely with Sales Operations leadership and commercial stakeholders to turn complex data into meaningful business insights.
The position covers recurring and ad hoc reporting across pipeline management, forecasting, bookings, and key performance indicators.
You will work extensively with Salesforce, Power BI, and advanced Excel to build dashboards, analyze trends, and improve data visibility.
Your insights will help identify risks, uncover opportunities, and support strategic business reviews and operational initiatives.

- Produce accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting covering commercial pipelines, forecasting, bookings, and key performance indicators.
- Develop and deliver ad hoc reports and analytical insights in response to requests from Sales Operations leadership and commercial stakeholders.
- Analyze pipeline health and forecasting performance, including opportunity aging, stage progression, conversion rates, attainment trends, and emerging risks or opportunities.
- Monitor Salesforce data quality, identify missing or inconsistent information, and escalate pipeline hygiene issues that could affect reporting accuracy.
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and Power BI visualizations that provide clear visibility into commercial performance.
- Support strategic initiatives, business reviews, executive presentations, quarterly business reviews, territory analysis, and other commercial projects through data-driven analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for reporting automation, process improvement, and more efficient business intelligence workflows.
- Help streamline data processes and reporting practices to improve scalability, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Manage multiple reporting priorities while maintaining high standards of data quality, documentation, and delivery.
- Perform other related responsibilities as assigned by Sales Operations leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Reporting Analytics, or a comparable analytical function.
- Advanced experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard development, including maintaining data quality and supporting pipeline management.
- Strong Power BI capabilities, including dashboard development, data modeling, visualization, and report optimization.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, and analysis of large datasets.
- Demonstrated experience supporting forecasting, pipeline reporting, KPI measurement, commercial performance analysis, and business reviews.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to data accuracy, governance, and reporting quality.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A process-improvement and automation mindset, with an interest in making reporting workflows more efficient and scalable.
- Experience in the life sciences industry is preferred but not required.
- Remote work opportunity with a 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST working schedule.
