Deine Aufgaben:

• Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen (IT-Tickets)
• Analyse von Problemen, Identifikation von Fehlern und Entwicklung von Lsungen
• Dokumentation der Anfragen und Lsungen
• Weiterleitung und Abstimmung von Kundenanforderungen mit der Entwicklungsabteilung
• Aktive Weiterentwicklung deines Produktwissens in verschiedenen Modulen
• Testen und Dokumentieren neuer Module und Releases

Das bringst du mit:

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im ERP-Umfeld oder in der Logistik
• Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Kundensupport
• Gutes Verstndnis fr Software und betriebliche Ablufe
• Ausgeprgte Teamfhigkeit und Kommunikationsstrke
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Du hast gerade ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder einer hnlichen Fachrichtung abgeschlossen?

Nice to have:

• IT-Kenntnisse, z.B. in SQL oder Programmierung
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Logistik Lagerverwaltung, Einkauf, Auftragsabwicklung, Produktion oder Warenwirtschaft)
