We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Store Manager to lead one of our hospital gift shops. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales, leading and developing your team, creating an exceptional shopping experience, and building strong relationships with our hospital partners. Hours:
Mon, Tue, and Fri: 7:45am - 4pm
Wed: 3pm - 7:15pm
Gift Shop Hours:
Mon - Fri: 8:00am - 7:00pm
Sat - Sun: 10:00am - 6:00 pm

As a valued partner of the hospitals we serve, all candidates selected for employment must successfully complete any required hospital occupational health screenings and onboarding requirements before beginning work. Employment is contingent upon successfully meeting all applicable hospital onboarding and occupational health requirements.
Required hospital onboarding:
The following items are required by the hospital or facility prior to starting:
- Pre-Employment drug screen (10-panel)
- Immunization records listed below:
- Influenza or exemption (required during October 1st – March 31st)
- QuantiFERON Gold TB test blood test
What You'll Do
- Lead the daily operations of the gift shop.
- Drive sales performance while communicating goals and results with your team.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop store team members.
- Create employee schedules that provide excellent customer service while managing labor costs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Execute visual merchandising, product displays, and seasonal promotions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, hospital requirements, and infection prevention standards.
- Oversee cash handling, register reconciliation, bank deposits, and financial accountability.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with hospital leadership, departments, and volunteers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous retail store management experience required.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable handling cash and managing daily financial processes.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of a retail environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
