Position Overview
OWT Global LLC is seeking a Program Analyst to provide analytical, operational, and quality focused support to the JIATF-401 Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft System (C-sUAS) training enterprise and Joint C-UAS University (JCU) projection efforts. This role will work closely with the MTT Synchronization Cell Lead, Training Operations Coordinators, Curriculum Integration Specialist, JCU Cadre, MTT Instructors, and NCR Trainers to track performance, ensure quality standards, analyze training data, and support continuous improvement across the training pipeline. The Program Analyst will help maintain a responsive, high quality training operation that supports Domestic Shield, installation-level C-sUAS readiness, onboarding, BDOC training, and Joint Force integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and report training performance metrics, student throughput, instructor utilization, and surge capacity data.
- Support quality assurance activities by reviewing training records, evaluation results, and deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with JCU standards and contractual requirements.
- Track action items, expenses, and milestones across the MTT, JCU Cadre, and NCR training lines of effort.
- Assist the MTT Synchronization Cell and Training Operations Coordinators with calendar status, resource tracking, and deconfliction analysis.
- Prepare recurring status reports, briefings, and data products for program leadership and government stakeholders.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process or quality improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
- Maintain accurate program documentation, trackers, and electronic repositories.
- Coordinate with the Curriculum Integration Specialist to ensure feedback from training execution informs curriculum updates.
- Support audit readiness and internal quality reviews of training related CDRLs and records.
- Perform other analytical and administrative duties as required to sustain a high performing C-sUAS training enterprise.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Education, Operations Research, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program analysis, training operations support, quality assurance, or related analytical roles supporting DoD or federal programs.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, data tracking tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience supporting training programs, Mobile Training Teams, or distributed instructional efforts preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting C-sUAS, air defense, base defense, or joint training enterprises.
- Familiarity with Joint C-UAS University doctrine, Domestic Shield, or JIATF-401 constructs.
- Prior quality assurance or continuous process improvement experience (e.g., reviewing training records, evaluating compliance, or supporting QMP related activities).
- Experience preparing government-facing reports, metrics dashboards, or briefing materials.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder remote or hybrid environment.
Clearance & Citizenship
- Active Secret clearance required; U.S. Citizen.
