Combining best-in-class fitness, recovery, wellness, hospitality, and member services within a highly

personalized environment, Composure is designed to deliver the service and attention to detail of a luxury hospitality experience within a modern wellness club.

We are seeking exceptional Club Crew team members to help maintain the environment and standards that make that experience possible.

The Club Crew is responsible for ensuring Composure Club remains immaculately clean, organized, stocked, and presentation-ready throughout the day.

This is more than a traditional cleaning position. Club Crew members are an important part of the overall member experience and are responsible for maintaining the details members see-and many they don't.

From locker rooms and fitness spaces to recovery areas, common spaces, laundry, towels, and amenities, the Club Crew ensures that every area of Composure consistently meets the standards expected of a luxury private club.

Key Responsibilities

Club Cleanliness & Presentation

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness throughout all areas of the Club.
• Continuously monitor and clean fitness areas, studios, recovery spaces, locker rooms, restrooms, lounges, corridors, and other member-facing spaces.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, surfaces, fixtures, showers, sinks, mirrors, floors, and high-touch areas.
• Ensure spaces are reset and presentation-ready throughout the day.
• Maintain clean and organized back-of-house and storage areas.
• Identify maintenance, cleanliness, or presentation issues and communicate them to Club leadership immediately.
• Complete scheduled deep-cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Maintain Composure's standards without disrupting the member experience

Locker Rooms & Amenities

• Maintain immaculate locker rooms, showers, vanities, restrooms, and changing areas.
• Continuously replenish towels, toiletries, grooming products, and other member amenities.
• Remove used towels and other items promptly.
• Ensure lockers, benches, countertops, sinks, mirrors, and showers remain clean and organized.
• Monitor locker rooms throughout operating hours so they remain consistently ready for the next member.
• Report damaged fixtures, equipment, lockers, or amenities to Club leadership.

Laundry & Towels

• Manage the daily collection, washing, drying, folding, organization, and distribution of Club towels and other washable items.
• Maintain appropriate towel inventory throughout the Club.
• Ensure clean towels are consistently available in designated areas.
• Keep laundry and linen areas clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
• Follow proper procedures for handling soiled laundry and cleaning materials.
• Notify management when supplies or inventory are running low.

Fitness & Wellness Areas

• Regularly clean and reset fitness equipment and training areas.
• Return equipment, weights, accessories, mats, and other items to their proper locations.
• Maintain clean and organized group fitness and movement studios between sessions.
• Monitor recovery and wellness areas for cleanliness, towels, amenities, and overall presentation.
• Support quick room resets between member appointments, classes, or services when needed.
• Help ensure every space looks as good throughout the day as it did when the Club opened that
• morning.

Member Experience

While Club Crew is primarily an operational role, every Composure employee contributes to the member

experience.

• Greet and acknowledge members warmly when appropriate.
• Assist members with simple requests or connect them with the Concierge team when additional assistance is needed.
• Work discreetly and professionally around members and guests.
• Respect member privacy and maintain discretion at all times.
• Approach every task with a hospitality mindset and an understanding that the smallest details matter.

Team & Operations

• Work closely with Concierge, Fitness, Wellness, and Operations teams to keep the Club running smoothly.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules, checklists, and operating procedures.
• Communicate supply, inventory, maintenance, or operational needs to management.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Support Club events and special programming with setup, breakdown, cleaning, and resets when needed.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, chemical handling, and workplace procedures.
• Take ownership of the Club environment rather than waiting to be asked to address an issue.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in luxury hospitality, private clubs, hotels, resorts, premium fitness/wellness facilities, spas, or high-end residential environments is preferred but not required.

Schedule & Employment

Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.

• Club Crew members will support Composure throughout Club operating hours. Candidates should have flexibility to work a combination of early mornings, daytime shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on Club needs.
• Full-time positions may include access to Composure's employee benefits package.
