We are seeking a Supply Chain Systems Analyst to help design and optimize the digital systems that support advanced manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain operations.
This role serves as a critical connection between physical production environments and enterprise technology ecosystems.
You will develop solutions across ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, and data platforms to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

The Supply Chain Systems Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving technology solutions that enable manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and supply chain operations. This role will lead system projects, define requirements, and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Design and implement supply chain system solutions across ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, and data visualization platforms to support operational needs.
- Lead end-to-end systems implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production adoption.
- Manage internal and external development initiatives to deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as the bridge between supply chain teams and technical stakeholders by translating operational challenges into effective system designs.
- Create detailed business requirements documents and technical specifications that enable development teams to execute with clarity.
- Architect and support data exchange integrations, including API and EDI connections between internal platforms and external partners.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, inventory, procurement, finance, and technology teams to improve supply chain processes.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and improved data visibility across operations.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in supply chain systems, enterprise applications, and technology implementation within complex operational environments. You should have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate evolving business requirements.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing supply chain systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, with experience delivering planning and operational solutions in global enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and configuring solutions based on business requirements.
- Proven experience implementing and integrating supply chain technologies such as ERP, MRP, WMS, and TMS systems.
- Strong understanding of materials management, logistics operations, inventory management, procurement processes, and finance principles.
- Experience leading IT-focused projects within supply chain organizations.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments and collaborate with global teams.
- Competitive salary range of $140,000 - $185,000 USD.
