POSITION: Client Acquisition Advisor

Location: Londonderry, NH

Position Summary

Due to significant growth, we are seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will focus solely on client interactions and closing business, as our dedicated marketing team will handle all prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation. Leads will be booked directly into your calendar, allowing you to concentrate on what you do best: meeting clients and providing outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Close new business opportunities without the burden of prospecting or marketing.
  • Collaborate with our strong support team to enhance client service and satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
Requirements: Must-Have Qualifications

Industry Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Advisor.

Background and Education:

  • Series 65, 66, and/or CFP
  • Proven track record of client engagement and closing business.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • A passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Technology Expertise:

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • CRM knowledge preferred
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
  • Ability to work for extended periods at a desk using a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds if/when necessary.
  • Routine use of telephone and email.
  • Office-based role with potential travel to conferences, events, and satellite offices as needed.
