- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with every 3rd Saturday from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

- Assist the Director of Activities in planning and leading engaging recreational, social, and wellness programs for residents.
- Encourage resident participation by providing activities that meet a variety of cognitive, physical, and emotional needs.
- Maintain activity calendars, bulletin boards, displays, and activity supplies.
- Escort residents to appointments, outings, church services, and special events.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families while incorporating resident interests into activity planning.
- Observe and report resident participation, progress, and concerns to the Director of Activities or nursing staff.
- Assist with community events, holiday celebrations, and departmental activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide engaging, person-centered experiences.
- Follow all safety, infection control, HIPAA, and quality assurance standards.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Previous experience working with older adults is preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
