Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate (Beauty Specialist) to support our valued clients and customers via email, SMS, and inbound calls. The ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty industry, eager to make a positive impact, and looking for a long-term position with a great company. - Shift: Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5:00 pm MST
- Hybrid Schedule: 3x per week on site (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Job Responsibilities
- Field inbound customer calls, texts, and emails ranging from basic inquiries to processing orders and troubleshooting issues
- Communicate with clients in a timely, organized, and professional manner
- Balance customer advocacy with business negotiation
- Provide feedback from customers regarding product quality and purchasing experience for continuous improvement
- Understanding multiple brands within the business
- Solid communication skills (written and spoken)
- Customer service, proactive and logical problem-solving skills and experience
- Speed and accuracy in typing and note-taking
- Beauty or cosmetology experience a plus
- Must be a good-natured team player with a calm, patient and helpful demeanor
- Computer literacy and ease with toggling between computer programs and the Internet
- High School Graduate or GED, some college coursework preferred
- Spanish bilingual a plus
- Work and personal references required
